Introduction
Welcome to the L-280 Followership To Leadership pre-course work.

In this pre-course work students will familiarize themselves with the qualities and characteristics associated with leadership. Students are encouraged to examine how well prepared they are to lead others.

Objectives
Students will:

1. Read through the book, The Leadership Secrets of Attila the Hun, which will be provided by your course coordinator, and become familiar with its content.

2. Utilize the book to answer questions, demonstrating experience level and subject proficiency to instructors.

Instructions
1. Read the assigned book, The Leadership Secrets of Attila the Hun. This book will be provided by your course coordinator. Contact your instructor or course coordinator if you didn't recieve a copy of assigned text.

2. Download and complete the questionnaire and bring it to class or submit it as directed by your instructor or course coordinator. Refer to the reference material links below for other helpful learning tools.

3. Bring your fireline gear with you to class (full PPE, web gear, and boots).
