Introduction
Welcome to the M-480 MAC Group pre-course work.

In this pre-course work students will familiarize themselves with ICS policy by reading I-402, ICS For Executives, Module 17.

Objectives
Students will:

1. Achieve a basic understanding of ICS, unified and area command, and multi-agency coordination.

2. Discuss the responsibilities and the information transfer process that occurs between Executives and Incident Commanders.

Instructions
1. Read I-402, ICS For Executives, Module 17 and be prepared to discuss its content in class. Any questions regarding this pre-course work should be addressed to the Course Coordinator.
