Introduction
Welcome to the S-357 Food Unit Leader pre-course work.

In this pre-course work students will familiarize themselves with the National Mobile Food Services contract.

Objectives
Students will:

1. Read through the National Mobile Food Services contract and become familiar with its content.

2. Answer questions to demonstrate experience level and subject proficiency to instructors.

Instructions
Step 1: Download the National Mobile Food Services contract.  Bring a copy of this contract to class as it will be referred to throughout the course. You will also need this for the test.

Step 2: Take the pre-course open book test. Ensure you fill out the personal/course information accurately and completely. You will be prompted to print your results at the conclusion of this test. Make sure you have a functioning printer to print your results. You must take the test in one sitting. If you exit the test before completion, you will have to retake the whole test.
